Using This Website

The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your chimney, fireplace or vent. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk or send false requests through our forms.

Quotes and Estimates

Prices shown on the website and quotes given by phone or text are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed after we see the job. If we find extra work is needed, we explain it and get your approval before doing it.

Appointments

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Please make sure we can safely reach the fireplace, roof and work area, and keep children and pets away from the work area during service.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. For larger repairs we may ask for a deposit before we order materials or start work.

Our Work and Warranty

We perform our work with care and follow industry standards. Any warranty on a repair or product is explained on your estimate or invoice. A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, severe weather or work done by others.

Inspections and Safety

An inspection reports the condition of the parts of the system we can see and reach on the day of service. Hidden areas may have problems that cannot be found without further inspection or opening walls or masonry. If we find a condition that makes the fireplace, stove or vent unsafe to use, we will tell you, and we recommend that you do not use it until it is repaired.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas or federal consumer protection law.

Calls, Texts and Privacy

When you send us a request, we may call or text you about it. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
